Jurisdictional Issues
This agreement is governed by California law without conflicts-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods does not apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Termination
This agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by destroying any obtained materials and documentation. Mass Tort Agency may terminate immediately upon non-compliance without notice.
